Event directors may collect personal information (mailing address, birth date, email address) from players and submit it to Ratings Central.
Ratings Central makes this information available to event directors. Event directors use this information to correctly identify players who enter their events and may use it to determine if players are eligible for events (e.g., junior or senior events) or to contact players to let them know about upcoming events in their area that players may be interested in. Event directors do not use the information for any other purpose or give the information to anyone else.
Ratings Central uses a player’s email address to send the player an email when an event that the player has played in is posted. Players may opt out of receiving these emails by clicking a link that is provided in the email or by contacting an event director. (If an event director is not able to help you, then .)
Ratings Central does not make any other use of player personal information.
